SHACtivate! Blooming Street Art

A community canvas painted for SHACtivate! - the activation festival of the new Sustainable Housing for Artists and Creatives (SHAC) community in White Gum Valley.

The artwork was the result of a community ‘Blooming STreet Art’ workshop and features species that identify the geographical location of SHAC, including:
Mangles Red and Green Kangaroo Paw (WA State emblem) | Firewood Banksia (common to the Swan Costal Plain) | Fremantle Mallee (WGV sits within the City of Fremantle) | Tuart blossom (*arguably* the type of gum that WGV is named after).
