‘Love One Another’

Padbury Catholic Primary School, Padbury WA
- October 2021

A vibrant entry mural welcoming parents and students to Padbury Catholic Primary, featuring elements from the school emblem and local flora found in neighbouring bushland.

The school’s motto: ‘Love One Another’ is revealed from behind a rainbow of flowers. The message was intended to require some engagement and interaction to decipher and the gradient of flower species playfully integrates the rainbow element from the school emblem. This is all set against a striking blue, mimicking the crystal waters found along the nearby coastline.

In order to fully transform the space, and ageing brick, the design wraps around corners and continues through the entryway to the early childhood courtyard. It also continues seamlessly across windows, integrating one-way window vinyl.
